Founders
Our company was established by Francescomaria, Gianpaolo and Luigi Tuccillo, all lawyers by training and entrepreneurs by vocation.
After obtaining a Law degree at the ancient “Federico II” University of Naples, they started their practice at the legal firm of their father, the famous criminal lawyer Enrico Tuccillo, where they learned to face complex problems. And to fix them.
GIANPAOLO TUCCILLO
Chief Executive Officer
He combines legal, entrepreneurial and governmental skills, and he is a certified coach. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a criminal lawyer in Rome, Milan and Naples. Then, he was named Chief Legal Officer of the Neapolitan company ICG2 Engineering.
From 2012 to 2015 he had a vast range of international experiences as founder and CEO of WTL Consulting. In particular, he supported his clients in their business development initiatives in Africa, Middle East and Luxembourg.
From 2016 to 2019 he worked as an international politics expert for the Italian Prime Minister’s Office.
In 2018, he obtained a diploma in Life & Business Coaching, credited by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
LUIGI TUCCILLO
Senior Partner
Criminal lawyer, he associates his legal skills with an extensive entrepreneurial and managerial experience in Italy and abroad.
After creating and running a successful touristic and entertaining business in Naples, in 2008 he moves to Nairobi where is appointed Relationship Manager of the Chase Bank.
From 2010 to 2013, he coordinates the African commercial, logistic and legal activities of the sugar producer D&D Sweet Company, based first in Nairobi and then in Dubai.
After moving back to Italy, he becomes senior advisor for the renowned defence and security company Vitrociset, now part of the Leonardo group. He is in charge of business development in the African markets.
In the meantime, he pursues his passion for cinema, graduates in acting and direction, produces two short films, and plays in a number of well-known productions, including the famous Italian tv fiction Il Commissario Montalbano. He is the author of the political essay on the Italian terrorism Sangue sulle città (Blood on cities, 2002), written with his brother Francescomaria, and the novel La colpa della verità (The fault of truth, 2014).
FRANCESCOMARIA TUCCILLO
Founder
Lawyer and internationally experienced C-level executive, with a record of achievements driving change and improving performance in global markets.
After working as a criminal and business lawyer, he started an international career path. In 2003, was appointed advisor of the Coalition Provisional Authority that ruled Iraq after the second Gulf war.
Later, he moved to Nairobi, Kenya where he spent ten years, first as an entrepreneur, then as Senior Vice President, Sub-Saharan Africa for the Italian aerospace & defence leader Finmeccanica (now called Leonardo). Then he worked in London as a senior advisor of Finmeccanica’s CEO, before joining the aeronautical company Piaggio Aerospace as Chief Commercial Officer. Lately he was apponted Director of Export Sales of Iveco Defence Vehicles, a company of the Exor Group, with the task of enhancing the company sales and customer intimacy in the most promising international markets.
He authored several books and essays, including L’edificazione della nuova Europa (Building the New Europe), Afrika. Chiavi d’accesso (Afrika. Keys to access the land of youth) and, together with his brother Luigi, Sangue sulle città (Blood on cities).
